The Pines at North Lakeland

The Pines at North Lakeland complex is composed of the Reginald P. White and James T. Champion buildings. Each is a 120-bed facility and offers all levels of care to individuals who are in need of long-term care. Our facilities are located in a quiet, wooded area of north Meridian. Our programs are fully licensed by the Mississippi Department of Health, Division of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification for participation in the Medicaid program. Insurance, private pay, and Medicaid are accepted for payment of services.

Philosophy of Care

Each of our facilities provides an interdisciplinary approach to each resident's care that is specific to the individual and seeks to maintain the individual's highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. RPW and JTC are committed to providing care that enhances the dignity and maintains the independence of those entrusted to our care.

Daily Activities

Residents of RPW and JTC enjoy activities and socializing in the large day hall or relaxing in the quiet solitude of the library. A glassed-in sunroom acts as the activity area for arts and crafts, as well as exercise classes. For those who enjoy the outdoors, our enclosed yard provides covered and non-covered patio areas in addition to a walking path. A variety of activities is available to our residents, including bingo, Wii, board games and trips to local theaters, restaurants, and community events.
